As an integrative therapist, I combine a variety of psychotherapeutic practices and techniques tailored to you. These techniques provide the grounding to our sessions and allows us to create a unique and individual experience.
In addition I work relationally which means that the therapy is very much a collaboration. We will explore and make sense of things together to enable you to self reflect, find confidence, gain control, recognise opportunity and make positive changes.
I am a qualified therapist and registered member of the BACP as well as being fully insured/DBS checked to work with both individuals age 16 upwards and couples.
