Complimentary Telephone Consultation

I offer a free initial telephone call to discuss what brings you to therapy and to see if we’re a good fit. This conversation usually lasts 15–20 minutes.

If you’re unable to attend in person, I also offer sessions via telephone or Zoom. Remote therapy can be a convenient option, especially if you have scheduling or travel constraints.
