Meet Victoria Reuben

I’m an integrative therapist and a registered member of the BACP, fully insured and DBS-checked. My passion is helping people find confidence, control, and clarity in their lives. Having trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, I believe that each person has a unique story—so I adapt my approach to suit who you are and what you need most.

My Therapeutic Approach

Integrative & Relational

Therapy is a collaborative journey. By combining multiple therapeutic techniques (including humanistic, CBT, and EFT), I ensure our sessions suit your specific goals and challenges. Working “relationally” means we’ll focus on our connection, building trust so you feel empowered and supported.

Humanistic Foundations

A humanistic perspective highlights self-discovery, personal responsibility, and growth. We’ll work together to explore your experiences, values, and feelings without judgment.

Evidence-Based Methods

I incorporate research-backed tools such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help reframe negative thinking patterns and Emotional Freedom Technique for managing stress and emotional burdens.
