How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts 50 minutes. We’ll meet weekly, although this can be adjusted based on your needs and schedule.

Yes. I provide a complimentary telephone consultation so we can discuss your situation, answer any questions, and decide if we’re a good fit.

This varies widely. Some people benefit from short-term work (6–12 sessions), while others prefer ongoing therapy. We’ll review progress and adapt as necessary.

Absolutely. I follow BACP ethical guidelines, meaning everything we discuss is confidential. The only exception is if there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, in which case I’ll explain any steps we may need to take.

I offer in-person sessions at Chase Lodge Hospital in Mill Hill and Aashna in North Finchley. I also provide telephone and Zoom sessions for clients who prefer remote therapy.
